9(1)Subject to the approval of the Minister, the Council may make by-laws for the control and management of the business and affairs of the Council including, but not limited to, the following:
(a)
Repealed: 2022, c.61, s.10
(a.1)
respecting the appointment of the members of the Council, including criteria for eligibility;
(b)
providing for the appointment of officers from the members of the Council, including the functions and duties of the officers;
(c)
governing the establishment and operation of committees of the Council, including the manner of appointing members of the committees;
(c.1)
providing for the appointment to committees of the Council of persons with the required knowledge, experience and expertise;
(d)
respecting the expenses to be paid to a member of a committee; and
(e)
setting out additional powers and duties of the chief executive officer.
9(2)The Regulations Act does not apply to a by-law made under subsection (1).

(e)
setting out additional powers and duties of the chief executive officer.
9(2)The Regulations Act does not apply to a by-law made under subsection (1).
